We are a designated U.S. Civil Surgeon Office and we welcome you, and are happy to assist you in the process of meeting the medical requirements of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Wednesday: 12pm-8pm
Thursday: 10am-5pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
